Heroes Bridge is dedicated to serving elderly veterans, age 65 and older. They serve, stand by and honor our aging veterans through six distinct programs. These services are available to our heroes wherever they call home, at no expense to them or their families.

CLC is a specialized nursing facility designed to care for residents requiring restorative and rehabilitative nursing care services. Discharge is anticipated to the home or community or referrals to the other extended care programs, as appropriate. Length of stay is three to nine months.
